When Beyond Earth started, our vision was simple:
to encourage more households to manage waste starting at home — for a cleaner, healthier living environment.
That’s why we introduced an international home waste management solution into Malaysia. At the time, we deeply resonated with the brand’s values and mission, and we genuinely believed this product could make everyday waste management more accessible for more households.
It has been a meaningful journey — and we are truly grateful for every customer who trusted us and supported BE along the way.
Over time, due to internal operational and policy changes from the brand, after-sales support became increasingly challenging — especially in areas involving repairs and replacement parts availability. Despite that, BE took initiative and worked with local repair partners to resolve issues whenever possible.
However, as the brand’s support structure and part supply policy changed, all units that could previously be repaired were no longer repairable, and replacement became the only option.
For a business built on sustainability, this is not aligned with the purpose BE was founded on.
As a result, Beyond Earth has made the decision to no longer distribute this product moving forward.
Moving forward, we will be introducing a local brand solution, with properly planned after-sales service, repair arrangements, and long-term support, so we can truly uphold the values that BE stands for — sustainability, accountability, and long-term trust.
